Ingredients: 1/2 cup of butter, 3 cups oatmeal, 1 cup honey, 3 T. cocoa powder, 3/4 cup powdered milk.

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the oatmeal and stir well. Add the honey, cocoa powder, powdered milk, salt, vanilla, peanut butter, and raisins. Use your hands to mix well. Batter will be stiff. Bake at 350 degrees, or refrigerate for an hour. Then eat and enjoy!

Gumdrop Pops

Ingredients: gumdrop candies, milk, confectioner's sugar, toothpicks

Stick a toothpick into each gumdrop. Dip the gumdrops into the milk, then sprinkle them with confectioners sugar. Eat them as mini lollipops, or add a few to top a cupcake.

Cinnamon Stix

Ingredients: firm, dry bread slices, 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar, 2 T. brown sugar, melted butter, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Mix the confectioners' sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and the nutmeg together. Set aside. Cut the firm, dry bread slices into strips. Dip the bread strips into the melted butter, then roll them in the spice mixture. Place the bread sticks on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for about five minutes or until toasted.

Snow Toasties

Ingredients: bread slices, red jelly (strawberry or raspberry), confectioners' sugar, holiday cookie cutters

Toast the bread slices. Use the holiday cookie cutters to cut the toasted bread into holiday shapes. Place a spoonful of jelly on top of each shape. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar to look like snow.

Clown Pancakes

Ingredients: "complete" pancake mix, water, cottage cheese, peach slices, orange sections, strawberry jam, banana slices, red food coloring.

Prepare pancakes as directed on package. Place pancake on a paper plate. Tint the cottage cheese by stirring a few drops of red food coloring. Let the children spoon on the cottage cheese on top of the pancake for the clown's hair. Add the strawberry jam for the eyes, banana slice for the nose, a peach slice for the mouth, and two orange sections for the ears.
